MORAGA -- A picture, they say, is worth a thousand words.

If there is any truth to that, it's hard to ignore the enlarged photograph that hangs prominently on the wall inside a portable office building at St. Mary's College. The photo shows a wide-eyed subject grinning from ear-to-ear and includes a clever note that reads, "He's always watching."
