2004: Ran in all six races for SMC his junior season...ran his fastest time of the year at the Stanford Invitational with a 28:24...Chadd opened the season with a 28:29 at the USF Invitational at Golden Gate Park.

2003: Chadd competed in all seven races for the Gaels with his fastest time coming at the San Francisco State Invitational where he placed fourth overall with an 8k time of 26.24...Chadd also helped pace the Gaels to a fourth place finish at the Bronco Invitational where he completed the 8k course in a time of 26:27 good enough for fifth place...finished 34th overall at the WCC Championships with a time of 28:00.

2002: Chadd paced the Gaels, finishing fastest at every meet. His best time of the season was recorded at Stanford with a time of 26:20 for 41st place. At the WCC meet, Chadd finished the 10k in a time of 35:35 for the Gael's top finish.
