2007: Finished in the top two in every race he ran for the Gaels...recorded a 24th place finish at the Chico Invite with a time of 27:32...finished fourth overall at the Big Wave Invite in Honolulu, Hawaii with 16:48 5K...finished 12th overall in the conference at the WCC Championships with a time of 25:44, shattering his previous best time by 56 seconds...competed at the NCAA Division I Regionals in Eugene, Oregon...garnered WCC Fall All-Academic team honors.

UC DAVIS TRACK: 2006: Competed in 3,000 twice, 5,000 once... Best 3K time was 9:06.24 at Hornet Invitational... Lone 5K mark was 15:42.72 during Aggie Open.

2005: Redshirted.

UC DAVIS CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all seven meets as a redshirt freshman in 2005... Was Aggies' top finisher (12th) in open 8K at Stanford... Redshirted 2004 season.

COAST UNION HS '04: Captured Central Section Div. V title in each of his junior and senior seasons... Winning mark of 16:24 in 2003 was 49 seconds faster than runner-up... Went on to place 5th (16:12) at the state meet... Finished 3rd among all divisions at the Grand Valley Championship... Also starred in soccer, earning Coast Sierra League MVP honors in 2002... Selected both as school's outstanding student-athlete and scholar-athlete in 2004.
