Woodland, CA - Mountain Pacific Sports Federation executive director, Al Beaird, has announced the Academic All-MPSF scholar-athletes for the 2006 MPSF women's lacrosse season. Saint Mary's had five players selected to the team.

Senior Jenny Levesque, junior Jackie Spencer and sophomores P.J. Hainley, Alex Oetken and Jen Utley were all named to the team.

The following student-athletes have been nominated for this award by their institutions on the basis of the following criteria: 1. 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average. 2. Student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically. 3. Student-athlete must have completed one full academic year at the member institution prior to the season for which the award is being received. 4. Student-athlete must have competed in fifty percent or more of the institution's competition in the student-athlete's respective sport.
