2006-07: Competed for the second varsity-8 boat for her sophomore season... helped the second varsity-8 boat finish third at the Sacramento Invitational...helped the second varsity-8 post a second place finish for the Gaels at the San Diego Crew Classic.

2005-06: Competed in the varsity-4 and novice-8 in her freshman campaign......helped row the varsity-4 boat to a third place finish at the WCC Championships...helped the Gaels to an overall third place finish at the WCC Championships, the best finish in the history of the program.

High School: Played lacrosse for two years and was a cheerleader for one year at Mullen High School in Devner, CO.

Personal: Born Whitney E. Medved to John and Debi Medved on July 7, 1987...hobbies include skiing, hiking, rock climbing...did a half triathlon in the summer of 2005...plans to major in English while at Saint Mary's.
