2/13/08 Women's Soccer Inks Five During Signing Period Moraga, CA - Saint Mary's College women's head soccer coach Kelly Lindsey announced the signing of five players to National Letter's of Intent. The five players that will be joining the Gaels for the 2008 season are Lauren crum (Los Alton, CA), Daelyn Paul (Upland, CA), Ashley Soro (San Diego, CA), Sidney Garza (Ventura, CA), and Alisa Vetterlein (Rheinfelden, Germany)
Moraga, CA - Following the conclusion of the 2007 women's soccer season, Saint Mary's had two garner All-West Coast Conference accolades. Junior defender/midfield Stefani Rocco was a First Team All-WCC selection and sophomore defender Jessica Menzhuber garnered honorable mention recognition.
Santa Clara, CA - The Saint Mary's women's soccer team concluded its 2007 season with a 3-0 loss to the Santa Clara Broncos on Saturday afternoon from Buck Shaw Stadium. The Gaels finish their season with a 6-11-2 overall record and a 0-7 record against West Coast Conference competition. Santa Clara finishes its regular season with a 12-5-3 record, while posting a 4-3 conference mark.
