Final Stats

Santa Clara, CA - The Saint Mary's women's tennis team finished conference in fourth place after falling to San Diego 4-3 on Sunday afternoon in the final day of the West Coast Conference tennis tournament.

The Gaels were seeded No. 5 coming into the tournament and San Diego was the No. 3 seed.

Saint Mary's won the doubles point after Jessica Hoath and Aude Lambert won 8-5 and the third doubles match was won by default.

In singles action the Gaels lost four singles matches, leading to the loss. The Gaels won two singles matches by default.
