San Bruno, CA - The West Coast Conference announced its postseason honors for the women's tennis season and Aude Lambert was named to the first team, while Erin Young was named the Freshman of the Year on Tuesday afternoon.

Saint Mary's senior Kate Harden also earned second team honors, along with sophomore Jessica Hoath. The doubles team of Lambert and Hoath also earned second-team honors for the Gaels.

Erin Young was named WCC Freshman of the Year on Tuesday.

Lambert, who went 13-7 on the season at the No. 1 position, was named to the first team for the second consecutive season.

Erin Young finished the season with a 10-5 record at the No. 4 position and was the first Gael in school history to win the Freshman of the Year honor.

Conference coaches selected a second team All-WCC squad for the first time in league history, and the team was filled with first-time honorees. Pepperdine's Merve Asimgil and Eva Dickes were named to the second team, while Saint Mary's also placed two players on the squad in Kate Harden and Jessica Hoath. LMU's Robyn Baker and San Diego's Jenny Brown round out the second team All-WCC selections.

Harden finished conference play with a 7-4 record and Hoath went 12-7 on the year and 7-4 during conference. The doubles team of Lambert and Hoath finished the season 13-5.
